The Cilacap Blue Sky Project will transform an overall 91,000 barrels of premium with RON 88, and will be

91 thousand barrels of gasoline with RON 92 or pertamax standards to provide a better quality fuel for the

community

My responsibilities at Cilacap Blue Sky Project – Pertamina RU IV are capturing as follows:

1) Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.

2) Coordinate schedule from multiple dept and incorporate the information gathered into the overall

project master schedule.

3) Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.

4) Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.

5) Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.

6) Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.

7) Perform probabilistic analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives. Present risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range.

8) Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities

9) Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team.

10) Participate all meeting ( i.e schedule review meeting , progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructibility review meeting and so on ).

Matindok gas development Project an onshore gas processing plant project that integrating upstream and downstream phase into one plant and in order to boost gas from Matindok to supply the LNG plant amounted to 85 MMSCFD. The ability of gas production from Block Matindok estimated ± 105 MMSCFD (gross)

My responsibilities at MGDP – PERTAMINA EP Project are capturing as follows:

1) As the team accelerated / TASK FORCE the completion of the pipe work up to complete test.

2) Responsible for planning, control and monitoring the construction of piping either daily, weekly and monthly targets comply and align with commissioning milestone.

3) Responsible for leading the coordination and interface between QC and construction for activity like internal line check , NDT clearance , Eksternal PL also conduct hydrotest.

4) Expedite material shortages that may be experienced during the construction process.

5) Co-ordinating with other disciplines for all case issues to be settled immediately.

2. North Duri Development Area 13 Project – Chevron Pacific Indonesia

Contract Value : $180 Million

JUNE 2014 – JUNE 2016 (WIKA – INWHA – SINGGAR CONSORTIUM)

NDD Area 13 will consist of 539 new wells, including 358 producing wells, 145 steam injection wells and 36

temperature observation wells and complete with 2 metering station (North & South) for Automatic well test and complete to for Casing vapor collection process. At peak production the NDD Area 13 steam flood project is expected to add 17,000 barrels per day to production from the Duri field.

My responsibilities at NDD Area 13 Project are capturing as follows:

1) Responsible for plan , prepare , control,monitor reporting detail multiple construction discipline (Civil , structure , mechanical , piping , electrical and instrument) activity align & meet up with Project master schedule at one given time and manage all communication with Client / reps , contractor’ s member for POP , Pipe line non steam, Civil work & Station.

2) Responsible for Execute and run the task as defined in the project plan & develop weekly load distribution & focus items for internal construction team & interface for inter-discipline coordination / align between engineering , procurement , construction, ,QC , and commissioning.

3) Collaborate with lead scheduler & cost control engineer for actual field construction progress , to meet up with budget & schedule plan.

4) As Acting Construction Manager / On Plot Site Manager for daily construction supervision.and collaborate with discipline leader (Mech ,Piping ,Electrical, Instrument & Civil Structure) for achieve with target.

Position Assignment:

Sept 2015 – June 2016 : Site Construction Project Engineer / Construction Planner (Project

Management Team) for On Plot Station that consist of 2 Station called South And North. The System typical as follow Electrical , SCADA/Control System, Air Instrument System, Kill Water System, Chemical Injection System, Fuel Gas System, Waste Gas System, Manifold System, Steam Line System, AWT System, Overflow System, F&G Fire Protection System, CCTV, CVC System. Complete start from construction , test , pre commissioning , Commisioning until start up.


June 2014 – Sept 2015 : Construction Coordinator (Construction Management Team) for well hook up

program (POP) – Put In Producer as much as 358 Wells. The work start from preparation well pad for conduct drilling , hook up and flow line installation & complete with Pumping unit combine with low voltage for power source. Complete start from construction , test , pre commissioning , Commisioning until start up.

June 2014 – Sept 2015 : Construction Coordinator (Construction Management Team) for Utilities Pipe line called CVC and Kill water. CVC used for increase oil production and kill water use for maintenance propose Complete start from construction , test , precommissioning , Commisioning until start up.

April 2015 – Sept 2015 : Construction Coordinator (Construction Management Team) for civil work

like road and bridge completion until hand over program.


3. Chemical Grade Alumina Tayan Project – Indonesia Chemical Alumina – ANTAM

Contract Value : $150 Million

DEC 2012 – MAY 2014 ( WIKA –TSK – NUSEA)

Tayan CGA project will process bauxite reserves of Antam in Tayan, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan, Indonesia to produce 300,000 tons of chemical grade alumina per year, by using the Bayer process for treating bauxite ore into alumina products. Bayer process involves three stages namely continuous dissolution process (Liquor Clarification Process), Precipitation Process and Calcinations Process.

My responsibilities at CGA Tayan Project are capturing as follows:

1) Responsible for conduct report to Piping Construction Manager and manage more than 300 direct piping workers, 3 Subcontractor and 7 supervisors for piping construction activities comply with project schedule. Reporting to project control personnel for daily & weekly construction progress.

2) Cooperating closely with the Safety team to ensure that HSE standards are maintained and that safety issues are monitored and addressed by the site supervision team.

3) Collaborate for expediting with discipline engineer & material control for material deliver and avaibilty align with construction target.

4) Implement the Quality management plan related for Piping Construction Activity

5) Implement Approved changes according change management plan in order to meet up with project

requirement.

6) Maximize team performance through leading, mentoring & motivation the team members.

7) Acting Piping Construction Manager.

March 2013 – May 2014 : Chief Piping Construction Engineer / Piping Superintendent (Construction

Management Team) for all piping installation all alumina plant ( 1 s/d 7)

Dec 2012 – March 2013 : Field Piping Engineer for Piping installation around Alumina 1 until

alumina 3.

Besmindotama Semesta Cikarang (BTSC) was establish in 2010 due to expansion of Besmindotama Semesta

facility which too small to fabricate OFFSHORE containers under BSEN 12079 / DNV 2.7-1 , API wellhead and  threading big size of API casing.

My responsibilities at Besmindotama Semesta Cikarang are capturing as follows:

1. Insure that execution of works is as per approved drawings, construction procedures and Client specifications.

2. Responsible for make MTO, BOQ and coordinate with shop member for align and build/fabricate product as per client requirement (for container, cabin, basket, etc.)

3. Responsible to the work schedule, manpower distribution and coordinate with all subordinate regarding the progress of work.
